[Formato] Recuperación de Respuesta Secreta

Saludos, estimados usuarios.
Si no recuerdas o has perdido tu respuesta secreta para poder cambiar el email recuperar tu contraseña o cambiar la misma aquí te enseñaremos paso a paso el proceso que deben seguir para pedir su respuesta secreta.
Para la recuperación de respuesta secreta deben de enviar un correo a [email protected] con lo siguiente:

(1)​
  • ID [Es el usuario con el que conectan]
  • Nombre del personaje
  • Una foto del personaje en el juego con la fecha actual escrita en el chat all de la siguiente manera: Recuperación de respuesta secreta DD/MM/AAAA. Ejemplo: (Clic aquí)
  • Datos de ítems bloqueados (En caso de tener ítems bloqueados)
  • Usuario de Discord (Join the Silkroad Latino Discord Server!)
¡IMPORTANTE!
NOTA: Si tienen acceso al mail asociado a dicha cuenta no es necesario enviar la foto,
Deben enviar el email con el mismo correo asociado a la cuenta, si no poseen el correo electrónico asociado a la cuenta debe especificarlo.
NOTA 2: Si tienen acceso a la cuenta y pueden conectar el personaje para tomar la foto no es necesario enviar el mensaje desde el email asociado,
NOTA 3: Si no pueden conectar la cuenta para tomar la respectiva foto deben presentar pruebas de que la cuenta que desean recuperar la respuesta secreta es de su propiedad.

Formato de como deben enviar el correo:
  • Para: [email protected]
  • Asunto: Recuperación de respuesta secreta
  • Datos: los mencionados en el punto numero 1.

Fecha de entrega de las respuestas secretas
  • Las respuestas secretas se enviaran en un tiempo hábil de 48 - 72 horas.
Se les recuerda que correos enviados a otros email de soporte no serán tomados en cuenta ni tampoco los que no cumplan con el formato anteriormente mostrado.

PD: Si y solo si ha transcurrido el tiempo (72 horas) y no recibes una respuesta, puedes comunicarte directamente con $[GM]Keila o gmkeila (Discord)		If you do not remember or have lost your secret answer to be able to change your email, recover your password or change it, here we will show you step by step the process you must follow to request your secret answer.

IMPORTANT!
NOTE: If you have access to the email associated with that account, you don't need to submit the photo,
They must send the email with the same email associated with the account, if they do not have the email associated with the account, they must specify it.
NOTE 2: If they have access to the account and can connect the character to take the photo, it is not necessary to send the message from the associated email,
NOTE 3: If they cannot connect the account to take the respective photo, they must present proof that the account they wish to recover the secret answer is their property.

  • Data: Those previously mentioned in point number 1.

Secret answers delivery date
  • The secret answers will be sent in a business time of 48 - 72 hours.
You are reminded that emails sent to other support emails will not be taken into account, nor will those that do not comply with the format shown above.
